Job summary

PaceSetters Organisation is offering an HR & Recruitment Intern position for 3 to 6 months, with full-time options $1,000 to $1,200 a month or part-time $10 to $12 an hour. Start date from November, office near Novena MRT, mentor support and real projects you can discuss in interviews.

Ideal for poly/university students, A-level holders welcome. On-site, with flexible hours for part-time interns. This role focuses on hands-on recruitment tasks and learning through practical experience.

Qualifications

• Current poly or university students in a related field. A-level holders waiting to start university are welcome too.
• Full-time: at least 3 full months, ideally 6. Part-time: at least 15 hours a week for at least 6 months, on-site, with days agreed around your timetable. School internship schemes welcome.
• Curious, reliable, and keen to take on real responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job ads on job portals
• Screen applicants against our checklist
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated by WhatsApp
• Keep the recruitment tracker accurate
