Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited - Gan Chye Keng (Yan Caiqing) is seeking a Business Data Analyst (Fresh Graduates Welcome). This entry-level role supports a team of 154 Wealth Managers by turning data into decisions, using dashboards and AI tools, full-time at our office near Novena MRT.

You will build dashboards in Google Sheets or Excel, analyze market trends, and handle ad hoc data requests while learning on the job with hands-on training and a mentor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, analytics, finance or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables, charts
• Comfortable using AI tools for analysis and writing
• Clear writing; able to explain data simply
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident able to commit for at least 6 months
• Nice to have: Power BI or dashboard experience, an interest in investments

• Track the team’s business results and client portfolio performance, and flag big changes, risks and progress against targets
• Build and maintain dashboards and trackers in Google Sheets or Excel
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to speed up analysis, research and report summaries

• Prepare short summaries of market trends for the team
• Handle ad hoc data requests and suggest process improvements

Turn numbers into decisions for a team of 154 Wealth Managers. You’ll join PaceSetters Organisation as an entry-level analyst, using data and AI tools every day. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.

Who this suits: fresh graduates and early-career analysts who like numbers, want to know why things happen, and want to see how a financial business really runs.

What we offer

• $2,500 to $3,500 a month, negotiable for the right person
