RecruitFirst in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Intern/Graduate Trainee to kickstart a career in recruitment and consulting. You will conduct talent research, assist consultants, and craft innovative sourcing strategies while building strong client and candidate relations.

Ideal candidates are PR holders, proficient in English, with a degree in any discipline, and a passion for recruitment, sales, and career growth.

• Innovative Sourcing: Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Client & Candidate Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate: Work closely with team members to achieve business objectives.
