Responsibilities

• Sourcing for corporate clients and suitable candidates- cold calling included
• Administer the full spectrum of recruitment - from sourcing, screening, recruiting and selection to final offering to successful candidates
• Schedule and conduct interviews for potential candidates
• Develop and manage healthy relationships with corporate clients, candidates and team
