The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) is seeking a Talent Performance & Rewards professional to help shape compensation and staff benefits for both local and overseas staff. You will work closely with management to review policies and implement changes, ensuring consistency with Public Service standards and budget considerations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years’ experience in HR policy and compensation/ benefits development.
• Able to undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis with clear solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in an organized fashion.
• Meticulous with compensation-related computation.
• Team player.
• Experience with Public Service is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Recommend and evaluate changes to compensation and benefits policies and programmes for local and overseas staff.
• Design and manage the implementation of changes to policies and programmes across conduct, compensation and staff benefits.
• Review and implement the employment terms and benefits of HQ-based and overseas staff.
• Partner with EDB management, line managers, key partners and other stakeholders on performance and rewards matters.
• Communicate policy changes and/or new initiatives to employees.
• Develop expertise in EDB’s corporate HR systems including HR records accuracy and system enhancements.
• Support other HROD duties, as needed.
