Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Admin to administer group insurance enrolment and changes, process payroll data, and handle employee benefit queries. The role supports leave, remote working arrangements, and maintains accurate records, ensuring compliance for audits.

You will respond to employee inquiries with a strong customer-service orientation and assist with work pass applications and other ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.

• Handle benefits communications and respond to employee queries.

• Field HR-related queries with strong customer service.
• Provide administrative support for payroll processing, including data for payroll, leave and claims.
• Support statutory submissions (CPF, tax filing) and audit documentation.

• Support work pass applications and manage ad-hoc employee requests (leave, remote working arrangements)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
• Field HR-related employee queries with a strong customer service orientation
• Provide administrative support for ad-hoc payroll processing, including data preparation for payroll, leave, and claims
• Support statutory submissions (CPF, tax filing) and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
