Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Admin to administer group insurance enrolment, changes, and terminations, and to support payroll data preparation and ad-hoc payroll tasks. The role also involves handling benefits communications and inquiries from employees.

You will maintain employee records, handle work pass applications, and respond to HR queries with a strong customer service focus. Compliance with CPF and tax submissions will be part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee benefits and inquiries
• Familiar with payroll data preparation and ad-hoc requests
• Knowledge of statutory submissions (CPF, tax) and audit documentation

Responsibilities

• Administer Group Insurance enrolment, changes, and terminations, along with benefits programs such as Staff Purchase Scheme and Recognition programs
• Handle benefits-related communications and respond to employee queries
• Support work pass applications and manage ad-hoc employee requests (leave, remote working arrangements)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
• Field HR-related employee queries with a strong customer service orientation
• Provide administrative support for ad-hoc payroll processing, including data preparation for payroll, leave, and claims
• Support statutory submissions (CPF, tax filing) and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
