Job summary

Dada Consultants is seeking an operationally minded HR professional to help build in-house payroll capability for a growing Singapore-based team, part of a small organization with international offices across the US, Singapore and Greater China. The role reports into the US Office.

You will lead the transition of payroll from third-party EOR/vendor arrangements to an in-house setup, manage monthly payroll processing, tax deductions and statutory filings, and handle bonus payout calculations

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations in Singapore.
• Experience transitioning payroll from EOR/outsourced models to in-house systems is highly preferred.
• Execution-focused and detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
• Strong understanding of Singapore payroll/tax compliance requirements.
