Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is hiring an HR & Payroll Executive to join our HR team in the North Area of Singapore. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration as part of ongoing transformation projects.

You will partner with hiring managers, actively source candidates, manage payroll and timesheets, and handle training administration and government submissions. The position requires a diploma/degree in HR and at least 3 years of HR experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of HR and administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment and manage full hiring process.
• Source candidates through channels, events, and career fairs.
• Support HR analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
• Assist training needs analysis and training administration.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, timesheets, staff claims, and government submissions.
• Oversee office facilities, cleaning and staff canteen operations.
