Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll data input, benefits administration, and statutory submissions.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and work pass processes with external partners.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance improvements.
• Conduct onboarding and basic HR training; maintain SOPs.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and support MOM statistics submission.
• Liaise with government bodies for SME grants and policies.
