Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations professional in Singapore to manage full-cycle recruitment, payroll, and pass applications. The role offers a clear career progression and excellent welfare, with transport provided to Gul Circle.

Working days are Monday to Friday, from 8:15am to 5:30pm, with a basic salary up to SGD 3600 plus AWS and a variable bonus. Prior experience with Timesoft is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of full spectrum HR operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.
• Experience with Timesoft is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, contracts and agency coordination.
• Handle Work Permit, S Pass and Dependant’s Pass applications and renewals, with compliance requirements.
• Manage monthly payroll using Time Software, including overtime, allowances, medical claims and CPF submissions.
• Process Government-related claims, including Government-Paid Leave and NS Make-Up Pay, and handle Foreign Worker Levy waivers.
• Monitor attendance, leave records and update HR system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, confirmation, and off-boarding processes, including tax clearance.
• Handle employee relations and HR documentation such as resignations, terminations, promotions and PIP.
• Maintain confidential employee records and coordinate staff training and company transport payments.
