Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a HR Admin to support onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, and end-to-end management of contractors and interns. You will maintain accurate employee data, support engagement initiatives, and assist in HR operations and reporting.

The role requires a min degree in HR/Business with internship experience, and is based at Raffles Place, Singapore. Salary up to SGD 4,000 per month for a 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Human Resources/Business or similar with minimum relevant internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer staff onboarding and off-boarding with local management and HO HR team.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
• Manage the end-to-end process of contractors and interns (employee life-cycle, including payroll and reporting).
• Ensure employees’ details are maintained and updated accurately in a timely manner.
• Support the Branch’s engagement, training and development initiatives.
• Assist in general HR operational support.
• Assist in preparing reports, letters and documents as required.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies including processes, standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Proactively seek ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations and procedures.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by Manager.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent
