Job summary

UNITED ELITE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic construction environment.

You will manage hiring processes, maintain records, support payroll data, and handle employee relations while promoting a positive workplace culture. A Diploma/Degree in HR and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Construction.
• Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
• Proficiency in Prosoft HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, job offers, and work passes.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle HR administration such as filing, preparing Letters of Appointment and other HR letters.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data (attendance, leaves, overtime, allowances, etc.).
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement and welfare programs.
• Support initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
