Job summary

EVERGROW CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive to manage employee data, payroll, work passes, and policy compliance. The role involves coordinating recruitment for engineers and above, liaising with agencies for foreign workers, and handling HR documentation.

The successful candidate will maintain staff files, support expatriate matters, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to training and development initiatives while ensuring statutory compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Update employees' and workers' information in the HR system (new hires, leavers, transfers).
• Maintain staff personnel files (soft and physical copies) and personal data.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Prepare HR letters such as confirmation letters and employment certificates.
• Handle work pass applications (EP/SP/DP/WP) including issuance, renewal and cancellation.
• Coordinate recruitment for engineers' level and above with Branch Office HR.
• Collaborate with agencies on foreign worker hiring when required.
• Review HR policies and processes for statutory compliance with Branch Office.
• Conduct performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Handle disciplinary issues including inquiries and warnings.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly HR reports.
• Respond to employee payroll, leave and entitlement queries.
• Coordinate with insurers on Group Outpatient and H&S matters.
• Manage expatriate employment, relocation and tax matters.
• Oversee training and development management.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor/Branch Office.
