Job summary

DP Architects Pte Ltd is seeking an Officer, Human Capital Management (HCM) to provide essential administrative and operational support across the core HR functions. You will assist in recruitment activities, onboarding procedures, employee records management, training coordination, HR documentation and employee engagement support.

This role is foundational to maintaining HR data accuracy and compliance with HR processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, records management, training coordination and employee engagement.
• Maintain personnel files and update HRIS records to ensure timely and accurate information.
• Coordinate schedules for training and development programmes and track participation.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration including handling documentation.
• Prepare standard HR letters, memos, contracts and other administrative documents.
• Support KPI documentation, performance appraisals and data consolidation.
