Job summary

DP Architects Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Officer, Human Capital Management to provide essential administrative support across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR records, training coordination and engagement activities. The role ensures accurate HR data, timely processes, and effective communication within the HCM team.

You will help maintain compliance with Singapore employment laws, coordinate HR tasks, and contribute to a positive employee experience through

Qualifications

Supports HR admin tasks including recruitment and onboarding.
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and compliance.
Experience with HRIS and documentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for recruitment: post vacancies, arrange interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.
Assist onboarding: prepare documents, schedule inductions, support orientation logistics.
Maintain personnel files and update HRIS records for accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate training and development schedules, materials, attendance, and feedback.
Support records, payroll documentation, and benefits administration as needed.
Prepare standard HR letters, memos, and contracts.
Assist in performance management data and reporting.
