Job summary

din lee engineering private limited is seeking an HR Manager in Singapore to handle daily HR, administrative, workers’ dormitory and company vehicle management. Diploma holder required; experience in a construction environment preferred.

Strong English and Chinese communication skills, plus MS Office proficiency, are essential. The role covers recruitment, payroll, dormitory and vehicle management, working with project managers and the General Manager on scheduling and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a diploma qualification.
• Must have experience in a Singapore construction company with at least 2 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Familiar with MOM procedures and payroll/ CPF matters.
• Experience in workers’ dormitory management and vehicle management.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Process work pass applications, renewals and follow-ups.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and overtime.
• Handle payroll calculations and HR administrative duties.
• Manage workers’ dormitories and accommodation records.
• Coordinate with project managers on worker deployment and site entry documents.
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling, meetings and travel arrangements.
