RICO ENGINEERING WORKS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a HR professional to manage recruitment, liaise with department managers, and coordinate onboarding. The role also covers dormitory management and ensuring regulatory compliance with local employment laws.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Good comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Well-versed in local regulations such as Employment Act.

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Liaise with department and hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
• Rationalize recruitment channels in terms of rates, services, terms and conditions.
• Prepare LOA and file new hire documents.
• Apply for work passes and liaise with MOM on work pass related issues.
• Manage dormitory check-in/out submissions and rental contracts.
