Job summary

Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd invites applications for a Senior/HR Executive on a 6-month contract to join the Human Resource team in Singapore. You will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, training coordination and HR operations, ensuring compliant and timely HR processes.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Admin, 2–4 years HR experience, knowledge of Singapore regulations, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, BA, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS records.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper documentation.
• Provide HR advisory and first-level support on policies and procedures.
• Liaise with training providers on registrations, scheduling, and payments.
• Assist in planning staff engagement and welfare activities.
• Support handling of grievances and complaints with proper documentation.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws and regulations.
