Responsibilities

• Assist internship recruitment activities (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, orientation).
• Coordinate intern get-together sessions.
• Support employee expense reimbursements via SAP Concur and time management via SAP Fiori.
• Serve as first point of contact for time and expense management inquiries.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding procedures and employee documentation.
• Provide benefits administration support.
• Help with employee filing, document digitization, standardization templates.
• Coordinate logistics of employee engagement, CSR, wellbeing activities.
• Provide administrative support for ad hoc initiatives.
