Job summary

PwC Singapore’s Human Capital Services & Solutions team offers an internship where you will gain hands-on HR experience across onboarding, payroll, leave management, and HR systems governance. You will support end-to-end HR activities and help ensure accurate employee records while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in Business Administration, HR or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in HR operations or shared services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity withWorkday is an advantage.
• Good communication skills with stakeholders at different levels.
• Meticulous and organized with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new-employee experience.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track leave records for reporting and payroll purposes.
• Address staff inquiries on HR policies and administrative matters.
• Provide operational support for staff welfare, billing and payments.
• Assist process improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
