EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR professional to manage full recruitment cycles, payroll processing, and work pass matters at our Gul Circle location. The role includes onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring HR compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in HR management and 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience, with knowledge of local Employment Act and statutory requirements.

Formación

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of full-spectrum HR operations experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, local HR practices, and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating salaries, and contracts.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related compliance.
• Process payroll using Time Software, including overtime calculations, allowances, medical claims, and CPF submissions.
• Process government-related claims, including Government-Paid Leave, NS Make-Up Pay and Foreign Worker Levy Waivers.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and updates in HR system.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, confirmation, offboarding, and tax clearance.
• Handle employee relations and HR documentation (resignations, promotions, warnings, PIPs).
• Maintain confidential records and coordinate training and transport payments with Accounts.
