• Act as a subject matter expert on HR Operations processes and services
• Monitor and respond to requests via HR shared mailboxes, case management systems, self-service portals and other channels
• Maintain Compliance & Governance
• Administer government-paid leave claims and submissions
• Coordinate and respond to government surveys, statutory reporting requirements and regulatory requests
