Job summary

Dymon Asia Capital is seeking an experienced HR Associate Director to lead end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across the organisation. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, implement automation, and ensure compliant HR service delivery.

You will oversee data governance within the HRIS, lead HR projects, mentor junior staff, and continuously improve processes to enhance the employee experience across Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HRIS experience, preferably regional/global.
• Experience with end-to-end employee lifecycle, HR operations, and employment practices.
• Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and HR transformation.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; HiBob and Workday preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, project management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Oversee integrity and governance of employee data within the HRIS with compliance.
• Partner with HRBP, Finance, IT, Compliance to deliver operational support.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
• Drive HR digitalisation and automation initiatives for efficiency.
• Develop and maintain HR SOPs and process documentation.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, audits, and regulatory obligations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and mentor junior HR staff.
• Foster knowledge sharing and operational excellence across the team.
