Job summary

Cyrus Technology (S) Pte. Ltd. invites an HR & Operations Intern to join our team in Singapore. You will learn the foundations of human resources by supporting the HR team in people operation processes and initiatives.

You will assist with onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, HRMS records, events, and employer branding while developing communication and project skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, in-service, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS and electronic personnel files.
• Assist in improving and automating HR processes and workflows.
• Coordinate internal HR meetings, events, and related logistics.
• Organise and support employee engagement activities, company events, and CSR initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of employer branding initiatives, including event management and media/advertisement campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support effective HR operations and service delivery.
• Prepare internal and external communication materials such as EDMs, announcements, posters, and recruitment marketing content.
• Provide administrative and project support for HR initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speakingstakeholders is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Suite
