Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking an HR Associate Executive (Shared Service) for a 6-month contract in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end offboarding, ensure accurate HRIS processing, and coordinate clearances across Payroll, Finance and IT with a focus on timely, customer-focused HR service delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in HRM/Business Admin and 2–3 years of HR operations experience, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of HR operations/shared services or HR administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end offboarding processes including resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other exits.
• Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT and other departments.
• Process separations in HR systems accurately within SLAs and maintain records.
