Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR administration, HR operations, or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR enquiries.
• Process HR transactions accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Provide timely and professional support to employees and HR stakeholders.
• Coordinate employment contracts and appointment letters during onboarding.
• Coordinate medical screenings and pre-employment checks.
• Create and maintain employee records.
• Support work pass administration and liaise with relevant agencies.
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee data.
• Process probation confirmations and contract renewals.
• Administer professional licence renewals.
• Support employment certification requests.
• Coordinate resignation, clearance, and exit documentation.
• Process employee record updates and work pass cancellations where applicable.
• Ensure timely completion of offboarding activities.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with SOP updates and provide operational coverage across HR Shared Services.
