Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate Executive to support offboarding and HR service delivery for a 6-month contract. You will manage end-to-end employee separations, coordinate with Payroll, IT and Finance, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HRM or related field, has 2–3 years in HR operations or shared services, and can provide timely, compliant HR support while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM, Business Admin or related discipline.
• 2–3 years in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee separation processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other employee exits.
• Process employee separation transactions accurately within the required timelines.
• Prepare and manage separation-related documents, including resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documentation.
• Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and employing institutions.
• Ensure employee records are updated accurately in HR systems.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding offboarding activities.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Serve as the main point of contact for offboarding-related enquiries.
• Provide timely, accurate and customer-focused HR support.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and service standards.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant parties when required.
