Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiry and other employee exits.
• Process employee separation transactions accurately in HR systems within the required timelines.
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documents.
• Coordinate clearance processes with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and institutions.
• Ensure employee records and HR systems are updated accurately.
• Monitor outstanding offboarding cases and follow up with stakeholders.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain documentation and records for completed cases.
• Ensure processes comply with HR policies, procedures and service standards.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant parties when necessary.

We are looking for a Senior / Associate Executive to support HR Shared Services, focusing mainly on employee offboarding and separation processes across multiple healthcare institutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiry and other employee exits.
• Process employee separation transactions accurately in HR systems within the required timelines.
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documents.

• Ensure employee records and HR systems are updated accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• HR experience will be beneficial, particularly in HR operations, HR administration or HR shared services.
• Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is preferred.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
