Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication for reports, marketing content and client documents.
• Strong organizational and time management to handle multiple tasks.
• Interest in HR, Management, Marketing, or Sales with basic domain knowledge.
• Proficiency in common office software; knowledge of presentation tools is helpful.
• Team-oriented with initiative; adaptable in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed diploma/degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR, consulting, marketing or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR consulting projects and client engagements.
• Support marketing and sales activities, including drafting collateral and social content.
• Coordinate training programmes, events and workshops, and maintain project docs.
• Perform general administrative and operational tasks.
• Work closely with senior consultants and managers to gain hands-on experience.
