The role covers process improvement, job redesign, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training, with regular client meetings and progress monitoring to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Chinese for effective client communication.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in HR and management at SMEs and big organisations
• Willingness to engage with clients regularly.
• Experience in HR consulting or management consulting

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute HR and management projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and scope.
• Participate in projects, including process streamlining, job redesign, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss project updates and address issues.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with potential customers
• Participate in marketing campaigns
