Job summary

Coty SA in Singapore is seeking an HR Intern to provide cross-market administrative support across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, with ad hoc support for India. You will handle day-to-day HR tasks and contribute across a broad range of HR activities within a lean team.

You will sit within a collaborative HR team and gain exposure to multi-market HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and regional stakeholder management, building a solid foundation in HR.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare, track, and file HR documents including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding checklists
• Maintain and update employee records across HR systems for SG, MY and TH
• Support onboarding, probation confirmations, transfers, and exits
• Assist with HR reports, surveys, dashboards and trackers for HRBPs

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
