You will handle manpower planning, onboarding, payroll support, and contract management, requiring independent judgment and attention to detail. Growth opportunities exist for high performers who show initiative and leadership potential.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR and recruitment experience in Singapore.
• Experience in F&B or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Chinese to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit frontline and management positions across multiple outlets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to understand manpower needs and recruit timely.
• Support manpower planning for new openings and expansion.
• Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts and HR documents.
• Assist in onboarding, payroll, and HR documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
• Maintain confidential employee records and handle HR matters with discretion.
• Liaise with MOM and relevant parties when required.
