Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead full-spectrum HR functions and align people strategies with business growth. You will drive workforce planning, talent management, policy development, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment law.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong experience managing full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
  • Experience supporting engineering, technology, systems integration, manufacturing, IT, AV, or project-based environments will be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and provide practical HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organisational growth plans.
  • Partner with management to provide HR advisory and support on workforce planning, employee relations, organisational development, and manpower strategies.
  • Establish and enhance HR policies, processes, and best practices to support operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, HR standards, and company policies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract qualified candidates across technical, engineering, sales, and corporate functions.
  • Build effective talent pipelines to support business expansion.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and workplace matters.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication programmes, and culture-building activities.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations professionally and confidentially.
  • Lead performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
  • Identify learning and development needs and implement training initiatives to enhance employee capability.
  • Support career development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee payroll administration, compensation reviews, benefits management, and HR reporting.
  • Review salary structures and benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making.
  • Drive HR process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and automation of HR workflows.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of HR systems and platforms.
  • Lead or participate in regional and company-wide HR projects as required.

Job Responsibilities
Human Resource Management & Strategy
