You will drive workforce planning, talent management, policy development, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment law.

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resource functions and support business growth through effective people strategies, talent management, and organisational development.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organisational growth plans.
Partner with management to provide HR advisory and support on workforce planning, employee relations, organisational development, and manpower strategies.
Establish and enhance HR policies, processes, and best practices to support operational effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, HR standards, and company policies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract qualified candidates across technical, engineering, sales, and corporate functions.
Build effective talent pipelines to support business expansion.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and workplace matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication programmes, and culture-building activities.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations professionally and confidentially.
Lead performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
Identify learning and development needs and implement training initiatives to enhance employee capability.
Support career development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Oversee payroll administration, compensation reviews, benefits management, and HR reporting.
Review salary structures and benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market practices.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Prepare HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making.
Drive HR process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and automation of HR workflows.
Support implementation and enhancement of HR systems and platforms.
Lead or participate in regional and company-wide HR projects as required.
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong experience managing full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
Experience supporting engineering, technology, systems integration, manufacturing, IT, AV, or project-based environments will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
Proven ability to partner with business leaders and provide practical HR solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Experience managing technical or project-based workforce (e.g., engineers, project managers, technicians, service teams).
Exposure to HR digitalisation, HRIS implementation, and data-driven HR reporting.
Experience supporting organisational growth, restructuring, or regional expansion initiatives.
Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
Business-oriented HR professional who can balance employee needs with organisational objectives.
Strong ownership, integrity, and ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
