Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an organized administrator to support recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration and pre-employment medical arrangements. The role also covers staff records in SAP and involvement in employer branding activities with SgIS.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Exercise (Manpower Requisition, Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interview, Salary Recommendation, Job Offer and etc.)
Prepare staff to come on board (Signing of Employment Contract)
Work Pass Administration (Application, Renewal, Replacement and Cancellation)
Arrange pre-employment medical examination
Create and maintain employee records (Open P-Files and input particulars to SAP System)
Employer branding (Career Fair & Scholarship/Sponsorship Programme with SgIS)
Coordinating the execution of transportation strategies to enhance logistics efficiency and achieve timely delivery schedules.
Monitor and maintain accurate fleet records.
Communicate with drivers and technicians.
Generating detailed daily reports that provide a comprehensive overview of deployment activities, highlighting key performance metrics, deviations from plans, and any exceptional occurrences
