Job summary

SBM Management Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee full-cycle recruitment for blue and white-collar roles, develop retention strategies, and manage annual performance reviews.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment law and the ability to liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication channels. You will guide line managers on HR matters, handle industrial relations and grievances, and foster positive employee relations through

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing HR matters and employee-related issues.
• In depth knowledge of employment law.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to handle large volume of in-house recruitment.
• People oriented and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment both blue and white collars.
• Develop and oversee retention exercise of staff.
• Manage annual performance review.
• Ensure HR compliance with relevant policies, laws and regulations., liaison with MOE and audits.
• Liaising with the relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth communication channel
• Work closely with the relevant stakeholders on manpower requirements and staff rotation to meet business needs
• Provide HR-related guidance, advice and training to the line manager
• Involve and manage the industrial relations and employee relations/grievances, disciplinary and counselling matters
• Foster good industrial relations with employees through dialogues and discussion
