Job summary

MENTA DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to lead all HR functions, drive people strategies, ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, and foster a positive work culture.

The role oversees recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development, with a strong emphasis on MOM compliance and strategic HR partnering. A Bachelor’s degree and extensive HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with local employment laws.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans.
• Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on all HR-related matters.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
• Design and implement learning & development initiatives to support staff growth.
• Lead employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports, track KPIs, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work pass applications/renewals, and other statutory submissions.
