Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a motivated HR Intern at the Shugart site in Singapore. You will gain exposure across Site HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, University Relations, HR Shared Services, Internal Communications, and Global Learning and Development, in a broad overview of HR operations.

You'll assist with HR programs and employee engagement, support the Wellbeing Campaign, learn the TA curriculum, explore AI tools for onboarding, and help execute internal events.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment labor regulations and labor market.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to present confidently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, training facilitation, research projects, and employee communications.
• Support the Wellbeing Campaign under Total Rewards.
• Gain exposure to Talent Acquisition and University Relations through introductory TA curriculum.
• Learn about HR Shared Services and explore AI tools to streamline onboarding processes.
• Support the execution of internal events and communications.
• Observe learning and development initiatives and Seagate's learning programs.
