Job summary

BW LPG, a world-leading LPG vessel owner and operator, offers a full-time HR internship in Singapore to support recruitment, HR systems, policy review, employee engagement and day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with employees, managers and external partners, gaining hands-on exposure across HR initiatives and projects that enhance the employee experience and optimise HR processes. The role is collaborative, detail-oriented and service-focused.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology or related.
• Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn across functions.
• Good organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment process: job descriptions, posting, screening and interview coordination.
• Assist HRIS implementation, data cleansing, migration and UAT.
• Review HR policies for global/local relevance and regulatory alignment.
• Help plan employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc HR projects.
