Job summary

You will work closely with HR teammates to understand the business and drive process improvements in a fast-paced beauty company.

You will support payroll, records, recruitment tasks, onboarding, event planning, and training coordination, gaining hands-on experience while developing both hard and soft skills in a multicultural

Qualifications

• No prior internship required; eager to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural international company.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to work independently with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support HR daily operations including records, letters, and work passes.
• Assist payroll operations and monthly processing.
• Help maintain HR database with accuracy.
• Support Talent Acquisition: postings, onboarding, and contracts.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate training activities in Learning & Development.
