Job summary

Oriental Remedies East Coast is offering an HR internship to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a dynamic team.

You will support recruitment campaigns, screen applicants, prepare offer letters, update employee records, and assist in HR reporting and engagement initiatives. The role emphasizes learning, confidentiality, and proactive participation over a 3–6 month period.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Google Suites; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Available for internship period of 3 to 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment campaigns including career fairs and workshops.
• Coordinate job postings across portals and screen applicants.
• Support onboarding by preparing letters and contracts.
• Assist with offboarding and exit procedures.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave data.
• Help craft and update HR processes and job descriptions.
• Support employee engagement activities and surveys.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at process improvement.
• Assist in HR reporting and data preparation.
