Job summary

Recruit Express Singapore is seeking an HR and Recruitment Intern to support the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to client coordination, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with candidates and clients, developing communication, interviewing and relationship-building skills, with exposure to healthcare and biomedical sectors and full training provided.

• Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing and screening.
• Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support recruitment campaigns, networking and business development activities.
