Job summary

Hitachi Rail Singapore is seeking an HR Intern to assist documents and reports, and to coordinate tasks across teams. You will support internal and external communications and help the engineering group generate calculations, drawings and project files.

This role offers exposure to international teams within a global company committed to diversity. Ideal candidates study Electrical/Electronics or related engineering fields, with basic coding in C++/Python and advanced MS Excel skills, and a

Qualifications

Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
Basic coding or programming skills (e.g. C++, Python).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with macros.

Responsibilities

Generation of documents and reports.
Correspondence with internal and external parties.
Support the engineering team in generating calculations, drawings, documents and other project files.
Project coordination and monitoring of tasks and actions.
Use of software tools and applications for project purposes.
Support the project in other tasks that may be appropriate.
