• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Source and identify potential candidates through job platforms, social media and other channels
• Create and post job advertisements
• Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire coordination

HR & Employer Branding

• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
• Assist in creating recruitment content and outreach materials
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives
• Conduct basic research on recruitment trends and talent pools

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree students or fresh graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking and interacting with new people
• Proactive, organised and willing to take initiative
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
• No prior HR experience required — training and mentorship will be provided
