Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist (Temp – Dispatched/Outsourced) to support DSOT and HR administration, including onboarding, attendance, time-off, and Work Pass processes. The role also covers learning and development administration, training coordination, LMS support, and vendor communication.

A one-year contract with renewal potential, requiring a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of HR operations experience, is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years HR operations experience.
• Solid Experience in Work Pass Applications and LMS/training support would be a plus.
• Excellent coordination, operation enhancement and project management skills.
• Work independently and as a team.
• Agile, think out of the box.
• Proactive, resourceful with problem-solving.
• Flexible in taking on administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Onboarding / offboarding administration.
• Attendance Monitor Administration, Time off application & Flexible Work Arrangement Record.
• Work Pass Application Vendor Management, Coordination & Communication Support.
• Employee Health Screen Administration.
• Recognition activity administrative support.
• HR portal communication & update.
• Other ad hoc assignment from HR management.
• Training administration support on learning video auditing and uploading learning resources/articles and attendance data in Learning system.
• Course announcement, enrollment / nomination follow up and coordination.
• Support training payment related administration.
