Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a 1 year contract HR Executive to support L&D administration, payroll, onboarding and employee engagement. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management and vendor coordination for multiple client sites.

The candidate should have at least 1 year HR experience, a diploma in HR or related field, and be proficient with MS Office and compliance with local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year of HR experience preferred, manufacturing background is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with local employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide L&D administration support and training records management.
• Administer training grants and liaise with training vendors.
• Support employee engagement activities and projects.
• Post job openings on portals and conduct initial resume screening.
• Schedule and conduct interviews; assist onboarding with onboarding docs.
• Coordinate pre-employment medicals and new hire paperwork.
• Update onboarding in SharePoint; prepare staff announcements.
• Arrange orientations for new hires and manage first-day logistics.
• Handle payroll inputs and verify payroll details with vendors.
• Process offboarding including exit checklists and NDAs.
• Administer full HRIS suite and maintain physical P-files.
• Provide ad-hoc HR admin tasks and assist meetings/vendor logistics.
