Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the assigned department. The 6‑month contract may be renewed, with office hours from Monday to Friday near a Central MRT location.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and policy compliance, partnering with HR Shared Services to maintain records and drive process improvements. Prior healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably HRBP or Talent Acquisition.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of HR operations, Singapore Employment regulations and Work Pass administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Provide advice and support on HR matters to employees and stakeholders.
• Support performance management, grievance handling and employee offboarding.
• Partner with HR Shared Services to maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Ensure HR services comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Review and implement HR guidelines, procedures and best practices.
• Support HR projects and employer branding activities.
• Undertake other HR-related duties as assigned.
