Job summary

Rapsodo, Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations for the Singapore team.

You will collaborate with employees and managers to ensure smooth execution, handle confidential information with sound judgement, and contribute to people initiatives using digital tools, AI and automation to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on HR experience including onboarding, employee records, HR administration and employee enquiries.
• Degree in Sociology, Sports Management, Communications, Anthropology, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• Available to commit to a six-month full-time fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration, employee records and documentation across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee movements, contract renewals and offboarding.
• Be the approachable first point of contact for employee enquiries and day-to-day HR matters.
• Contribute to People projects and explore AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy.
