Job summary

Rapsodo in Singapore is seeking a resourceful HR Generalist to join the Singapore People Team on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will manage day-to-day HR activities across recruitment, onboarding and HR operations, partnering with employees and managers to ensure smooth execution.

You will contribute to people initiatives, explore AI and automation to simplify processes, and help improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sociology, Sports Management, Communications, Anthropology, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience, including onboarding, employee records, HR administration and employee enquiries.
• Detail-oriented, discreet and able to handle confidential employee information with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration, employee records and documentation across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee movements, contract renewals and offboarding.
• Work with HR, Finance, IT and other teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Coordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communications and recruitment documentation.
• Be an approachable first point of contact for employee enquiries and day-to-day HR matters.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications and company events.
• Contribute to People projects supporting organisational priorities and employee experiences.

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Singapore People Team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

We are looking for a resourceful, hands-on HR Generalist who enjoys working with people and takes pride in getting things done well.

As part of our Singapore team, you will manage day-to-day HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations, working closely with employees, managers and colleagues across functions to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-through.

Beyond daily HR responsibilities, you will contribute to people initiatives that strengthen collaboration, communication and employee experience, while exploring how technology, AI and automation can simplify processes and improve productivity.

What You Will Be Involved In

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage day-to-day HR administration, employee records and documentation across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee movements, contract renewals and offboarding.
• Work with HR, Finance, IT and other teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communications and recruitment documentation.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.

Employee Engagement & Communication

• Be an approachable first point of contact for employee enquiries and day-to-day HR matters.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications and company events.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee connection and workplace experience.

People Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to People projects supporting organisational priorities and employee experiences.
• Explore opportunities to use digital tools, agentic AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely, accurate execution.
