Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an HR Executive to serve as the primary HR contact for retail and central kitchen operations in Singapore, guiding employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and engagement strategies. You will collaborate with leadership to assess manpower needs and address operational challenges.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, manage shift scheduling, coordinate training, and drive performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR/Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience in F&B or retail.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices and Singapore labour laws; experience in employee relations and advising leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for retail and central kitchen operations, advising on ER, performance mgmt, workforce planning, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess manpower requirements and address operational challenges.
• Implement processes to enhance employee experiences and operational efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for retail and central kitchen roles, including sourcing and interviews.
• Provide interview insights to ensure alignment with competencies and culture.
• Coordinate mass hiring for peak seasons and new store launches.
• Assist with shift scheduling to optimize workforce operations.
• Facilitate performance reviews and coordinate training timelines and communication.
• Promote engagement and positive culture through stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and employment documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of employee data and training logs for reviews.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards for management; participate in HR projects and policy revisions.
